Hi! I'm Dr. Richelle.

I am so excited to be offering this community program as a way to have women feel empowered about their health journey. You shouldn't have to feel like your health concerns aren't being heard, and you shouldn't have to continue to wonder how you can create change with so much information out there.

I went through this for so many years, always wondering what my symptoms were trying to tell me about what was happening in my body and yet the only solutions all the Dr's were offering was prescriptions that would only help for a while or lifestyle advice that didn't have anything to do with MY life!

It's frustrating to say the least, and I don't want any other woman to have to go through that. It is that precise journey that led me to Naturopathic Medicine. As a Naturopathic Doctor teaching is a huge part of what I do, and I want these teachings to be super accessible to every woman that needs them.
